Carmine Rodi holds holds Business Degree but never worked in a business. He has experience as a journalist, blogger, is active as a stand-up comedian, works since 20 years as trainer, speaker and consultant on experiential and non-formal learning in Italy and Europe. His main focus is learning and personal development through storytelling, and he combines traditional and ancient elements (such as telling myths and legends around the fire, or sharing dreams), with the most modern and "pop" ones (Hollywood movies and videogames) to create memorable and engaging experiences. He co-founded the Social Cooperative Muovimente in Viterbo, Italy and Vice Versa CZ in Prague, Czech Republic. He invests all the time he can in movies, tv series, reading and gaming, and considers it "a necessary investment in his professional development". Nobody believes him, of course. In his blog he explores the links between storytelling, culture and society. He lives in Prague with his family, his cats and a house robot.
